A delightful, privacy-first indie watchOS app with an original voice and a real hardware hook, but likely modest revenue and hard distribution.

What is Plask?

Plask is a standalone Apple Watch app that turns swimming or bathing into a tiny pixel-art aquatic theatre. The free scene shows rubber ducks paddling; on watches with a depth gauge (Apple Watch Ultra or Series 10 and later) the scene reacts to live depth and water temperature. A one-time $1.99 unlock adds nine more scenes, duck colorways, depth-gauge overlays, and a Surprise Me option. The product is explicitly privacy-first: no iPhone app, no account, no analytics, and no Plask server. Certificates and trophy hats add light gamification. The landing page is polished, playful, and unusually opinionated. Revenue, growth, team size, and Product Hunt performance are not publicly disclosed.
