A well-timed product for AI coding workflows, but its full-browser distribution challenge and unknown monetization keep it at a coin flip.

Rill is a beautifully framed wedge into agent-native browsing, but as a business it is unproven.
What is Rill Browser?
Rill Browser is a free, Mac-only beta browser that positions itself as the interface layer for users who already run Claude Code or Codex CLI agents. Instead of building its own AI model, Rill attaches to the user's existing agent plan and local CLI, then builds browser features around agent work: project-aware task routing, tab grouping, day summaries, natural language history search, and guarded web tasks. The core insight is that AI coding workflows already live in terminal sessions and repos, but the web pages that inspire or inform the work still live in the browser. Rill tries to collapse that gap. Revenue, growth, and team size are not publicly disclosed.
